Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 5-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 days to let you know your order is on the way! 

For all pre-orders please refer to the shipping guide underneath the product for the time it takes to ship.

Orders can be picked up Monday- Friday, from 10am-6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Once you receive an email stating your order is ready for pickup, please contact us prior to pickup with name, order number and time you wish to pick up. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer next day delivery and 48 hour delivery for all domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We offer only expedited shipping through Royal Mail worldwide. Shipping takes between 6-7 business days and the pricing is calculated based on weight of the item.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Haus of Mclees is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We currently do not accept returns on any items. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@hausofmclees.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
